Calculate the specific heat capacity of a substance if it takes 542000J of energy to heat up 1kg of it from 40 to 60°C

Q = mc∆T

Where, Q = Heat supplied

m = Mass of substance

c = Specific heat &

∆T = Change in temperature

now putting values u will get

c = 27.1 J/(°C g)

please there may be a difference in the answer because I have used the gram as the unit of weight you can use kilogram instead.
