Second hand moves 2π radians every 60 seconds (full circle)
Angular velocity ω = 2π / 60
=π / 30
speed of tip = speed of particle in a circle of radius 1.5 cm of angular velocity π/30
we know (or at least we should know) v= ωr
v= 1.5 * π÷30
v= 0.157 cm/s approx
