Explanation:

speed = distance/ time

=8 km/2hr.

= 4 km/hr.

now convert it into m/s

1 km=1000 m

1 hr. = 3600 seconds

so,

4× 1000 / 3600

after simplifying we get is and. and that is in the photo I have sent

Answer:

QUESTION:

Calculate the speed if it covers 80 km in 2 hrs .

GIVEN:

Distance=80\:km

Time=2\:hrs

TO FIND:

Speed=??

FORMULA:

Speed=\frac {Distance}{Time}

SOLUTION:

Speed=\frac {80\:km}{2\:hrs}

Speed=40km/hr

To find in m/s:

M/S=\frac {5}{18}×40

M/S=5×2.2222

M/S=11.1111\:m/s

CONCLUSION:

✒Km / hr = 40 km/hr

✒M / S = 11.1111 m/s
