since time period of satelite is 24 hr or 24*3600sec. it has time period equal to that of earth it would be seemed to Geo stationary satelite which appears stationary to observer on earth

here height Is 36000km

v=2‌‌π(R+h)/t

v=2*3.14*(6370+36000)/24*3600

v=6.28*(42370)/86400

v=266083.6/86400

v=3.08km/s
