The decomposition of H2O2 takes place as follows.

2H2O2→2H2O+O222.7L at STP2×34g=18g

from the equation

22.7 L of O2 of O2 at STP is obtained from H2O2=68g

∴30L of O2 at STP is obtained from H2O2=6822.7×30

Therefore, strength of 30 volume H2O2 solution =89.86g/L
