Apply formula, Vrms =

 \sqrt{3rt \div m}

where, r = universal gas constant

t = temperature

m = mass of the gas

By putting in formula, Vrms =

 \sqrt({3 \times 8.3 \times t}) \div 32

Vrms = (1000m/s)^2 = 3× 8.3× t /32

By solving, t = 12,00,000 k or 1199726.85 °C

hope this will help you.

Answer:

given,

molar mass=32kg/mol

Vrms=√3RT/M

1000m/s=√3(8.311) T/32

1000m/s=3(8.311) T/32

T=32(1000000)/3(8.311)

T=1283440K

T=-1283167°C
