we know that according to Newton's laws of motion
v=u+at=> 0=30+(-10)(t) assuming g≈10m/s²
-30/-10=t
t=3s but this is the time taken to reach maximum height to calculate the time taken for the body to return we must double it.
i.e T=2t=6s
