every 1° is equal to 4 minutes.
If it is on west of Greenwich meridian than subtract the calculated time from actual time of GMT and if it is on east than add.
45°W = 45×4 = 180 minutes i.e 3 hours
time on Greenwich is 8:00 . so, time on 45°W is
8-3 hrs = 5:00 pm
5:00 pm at Greenwich to IST is +5:30.
So 10:30 pm the same day is your answer.
