Difference in longitude = 5–35= -30

If we start from 0° longitude (Prime Meridian) to east, with one passing longitude 4minutes will added.

So, -30 X 4 = 120 minutes = 2 hours ahead

So, time on 5°East will be 9 + 2= 11 am.
