calculate the time at A 75° West when it is 14 hours at B 20° east

so the longitudinal difference between the places = 75+20=95
(since the places were in the different hemisphere)
we know that 1 degree longitude makes time difference of 4 min.
so 95 degrees will make a difference of 95×4=380min
60 min makes 1 hr
380 min will make 1/60×380=19/3=6whole/3 hr
time of place in West is at back compared to east places
so the time difference should be subtracted.
so the time of A=14-(6whole+1/3)
(14-6)hr-20min
8hr-20min
7hr40min
