90°=90*4=360mins

1min =1/60hrs

360mins=360/60=6hrs

As it is going towards west the time will be deducted from the GMT.

So,

10-6=4hrs

2. At 120°E longitude

1°=4min

120°=120*4=480mins

480/60=8hrs

As it is towards the east of the Prime meridian the time will be added to the GMT.

So, 10+8=18hrs

It will be 6pm at 120°E longitude when it is 10am at 0° longitude.
