Answer:

The exact time therefore at 30°E will be 2200hrs plus 4 hours to obtain 0200hrs or rather 02;00am the next day.

Explanation:

If the time is 10;00 pm at 30 when the time at a longitude 30°E will be calculated as follows;

We will first calculate the distance from the 30°W to the Greenwich meridian then from the Greenwich meridian up to the longitude 30°E  .

The difference obtained will be 60° apart.

From the knowledge of the relationship of time and longitudes minutes  1° is equal to four minutes then 60 will be equal to 240 minutes.  i.e 60x4 =240

The 240 minutes obtained will now be converted into hours therefore 240/60 will be equal to 4 hours, this therefore means that 30°W is by four hours early than the time at 30°E

The exact time therefore at 30°E will be 2200hrs plus 4 hours to obtain 0200hrs or rather 02;00am the next day

circumference of earth=40000 km

earth represent=360°

difference between 30°W to 30°E = 30°+30°=60°

difference between 1°=4 min

difference between 60°= 4×60

= 240 min that is 4 hours

now,

10 pm +4 hours = 2:00 am of next day

may this help u
