TIME TAKEN=SPEED/DISTANCE

SPEED=54 KMPH

DISTANCE =150 METERS

SO,

54/750=0.36

TIME TAKEN=0.36

I THINK THIS IS RIGHT ANSWER

The time taken by a train is 10 seconds.

We need to change the speed from km per hour to meter per second.

As, 54km/hour

 \frac{54 \times 1000}{( 60 \times 60)}  =  \frac{54 \times 5}{18}

=15

=15 metres

As the train passes an electric pole, only train length is considered.

150 meter long ,train length.

As the train takes 1 second to cover 15 meter distance.

 \frac{150}{15}

= 10

Therefore it takes 10 seconds by train.
