Calculate the total cost of running an electric heater of 1000W for 5 hours daily in the month of September.(it is given that rate of one unit of electricity is RS 6) . It's urgent please help

As given

power=1000W(change in kWh= 1kwh)

(1000w÷1000W )

Time = 5hrs per day

so in september there is 30 days.

multiply 5hrs by 30days= 150hrs.

so time =150hrs

as we know

E= p×t

=1kwh× 150

= 150kwh

if rate of one unit of electricity is 6Rs

150×6=900Rs..
