Number of moles in the given weight of Nitrogen gas.
Number of moles = Given weight/molecular weight
= 1.4/28
=0.05 moles
1 mole of Nitrogen contains Avogadro number (6.023*1023) of Nitrogen molecules.
0.05 moles of Nitrogen contains = 0.05*6.023*1023
= 3.011*1022 molecules
1 molecule of Nitrogen contains 14 electrons
3.011*1022 molecules contains = 3.011*1022*14
= 42.154*1022
= 4.215*1023 number of electrons

Hey !
Here is your answer !!
__________________

➡Number of moles = Given weight / Molecular weight

➡Number of moles = 1.4 / 28 = 14 / 280 = 1 / 20 = 0.05 moles

Now !
➡1 mole of nitrogen contains 6.022 × 10^23 molecules of nitrogen

➡0.05 moles will contain ---- 0.05 × 6.022 × 10^ 23 molecules

= 3.011 × 10^22 molecules

Now !

➡1 molecule of Nitrogen contain 14 electrons

➡So 3.011 × 10^22 molecules will contain ---

➡3 × 10^22 × 14 electrons

= 4.21 × 10^23 electrons

Hope it helps !!
