Mass of one mole of glucose \sf C_6H_{12}O_6 is 180g.

In one mole of glucose, there are 6 carbon atoms, 12 hydrogen atoms and 6 oxygen atoms.

Now,

No.of electrons = No.of protons = 6 × 6 + 12 × 1 + 6 × 8 = 96

No.of neutrons = 6 × 6 + 12 × 0 (In \sf _1H^1 no of neutrons is zero) + 6 × 8 = 84

In 360g of glucose which is 2 moles of glucose \sf 2C_6H_{12}O_6,there will be double the number of atoms (36 atoms), thus double the electrons, protons and neutrons. There will be 192 protons and electrons and 168 neutrons.
