Calculate the total number of ions when 7 grams of H3PO4 is completely dissolved in H2O​

Hi, i am trying to separate corresponding peak and impurity A (specified impurity) in my peak identification solution. It is EP method. You can see analytical method parameters as shown below:

Column:150x4.6 3 micron universil HS C18

Solvent mixture phosphoric acid:ACN:WATER (0.1:50:50)

Mobile phase A: phosphoric acid:THF:ACN:WATER (0.1:1.5:10:90)

Mobile phase B: phosphoric acid:THF:ACN(0.1:1.5:100)

Flow rate:1.5 ml/dk

column temp:40C

247 nm

inj volume:10 microliter

Gradient condition:

0-14 83 (A) 17(B)

14-30 52(A) 48 (B)

30-35 83 (A) 17(B)

i tried changing the gradient, flow rate and column (250x4.6 5 micron ODS thermo) but it didnt work.
