Calculate the total number of ions when 7 grams of H3PO4 is completely dissolved in H2O​

I know the answer but I need to know the complete procedure and the method to solve this question. Thanks!​​

Answer:H3PO4 ionized in water to form hydronium ions (H3 O+) and a phosphate ion (PO4-3)

EXPLANATIONS:In first reaction one way Arrow is used. because phosphoric acid is strong acid and, it dissolves totally . does all amount of reactants assume to produce all amounts of products . so that our reaction always goes products side. no back way reaction . therefore, only one way arrow, which goes to products side, is used.

Because H2P4- and HPO4²- are not strong acids, in second and third reactions, some amount of products back to form some amount of reactants , because of that, double Arrow used. one of them goes products while one of them is going to reactants.
