Answer:

V=6V

R1=2ohms

R2=3ohms

(a) Resistors are connected in parallel.

(b) p.d. across each resistor is same and is equal to 6V.

(c) 2 ohms resistance have bigger share of current because of its lower resistance.

(d) Effective resistance = R

1/R=1/2+1/3

1/R=5/6

R=1.2ohms

(e) Current flowing through battery ,

I=RV=1.26=5amps

Explanation:

here the circuit has both parallel and series resistor

 \frac{1}{ {r}^{p} }  =  \frac{1}{10}  +  \frac{1}{10}   \\ \\  =  \frac{1 + 1}{10}   \\ \\  =  \frac{2}{10}  \\  \\ \frac{1}{ {r}^{p} } =  \frac{1}{5}  \\ \:  \\   {r}^{p}  = 5 \: ohms

 {r}^{s}  = (6 + 16 + 5) \: ohms \\  \\   {r}^{s} = 25 \: ohms

the total resistance in the circuit is abot 25 ohms
