calculate the upthrust force exerted by a steel ball of radius 6cm when it is immersed in water assuming the density of the steel ball as 7900kgm^-3 and the density of water as 10^3kgm^-​3

=> object completely immersed in water

upthrust force exerted on.an object immersed completely in a liquid.

= vdg

v = 4×3.14×2.16×10^-8 /3

= 9.13×10^-8 m³

d = 10^3kg /m³

g = 9.8 m/s²

=> upthrust = 9.13×10^-8×10^3×9.8

= 8.95× 10^(-4) N
