R1 = 2ohm, R2 = 3 ohm
since, both are connected in series
therefore, Resistance (R) = R1+R2= 2+3 = 5ohm
(B) part
R1 = 2ohm, R2 = 3ohm
since, both are connected in parallel
therefore, 1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2
= 1/2 + 1/3 = 3+2/6
= 5/6
R = 6/5 = 1.2ohm
