By ohm's law,

V = i × equivalent resitance

equivalent resistance = V/i

equivalent resistance = 24/15

equivalent resistance = 1.6 ohm

Now, Since all resistance are connected in parallel

1/equivalent resistance = 1/8 + 1/R2 + 1/3

1/1.6 = 11/24 + 1/R2

1/1.6 - 11/24 = 1/R2

1/6 = 1/R2

R2 = 6 ohm
