As you know the complete angle forms 360°
and perpendicular ⊥ means 90°
So according to the question :
x + 90 + x + 25 + 60 + 3x - 15 = 360
5x + 90 + 25 + 60 - 15 = 360
5x + 160 = 360
5x = 360 - 160
5x = 200
x = 40
