Moles of CO2 = 1.25mol

Volume of CO2 at STP

\huge{\texbf\blue{FORMULA }}}

Moles = Volume in litre/dm^3 /Volume at STP

\huge{\texbf\orange{SOLUTION }}}

Moles of CO2 = Volume in litre or dm^3/Volume at STP

Volume in STP is 22.4dm^3

So

Volume of CO2 = Moles × Volume atSTP

Volume of CO2 = 1.25 ×22.4

Volume of CO2 = 28litre

SO

1.25 moles of CO2 occupies a volume of 28dm^3
