To solve we use ideal gas equation PV =nRT

P = 74.2cm Hg . Convert to atm units , P =74.2/76 atm or 0.976atm (1 atm = 76cmHg)

T (in Kelvin) = 26 °C + 273 = 299K

R= 0.0821 Latm K-1mol-1

Moles of N2 = mass/molar mass = 5.25/28= 0.1875 mol

Solve for V, V = nRTP

V= 0.1875×0.0821×2990.976

V= 4.71L

Alternatively, use pressure in mmHg units (742mmHg) with R value of 62.364 LmmHg K-1mol-1
