We know that

C6H12O6 + O2 -> CO2+ H2O

            O2= oxygen

           CO2= Carbon di oxide

             H2O= water

by balancing both side we get

C6H12O6 +6O2 -> 6CO2+ 6H2O

It says that 1g of glucose produce 6 g of CO2

Therefore,

90 g of glucose produce, 6x90 g of CO2

                                         = 540 g of CO2
