Explanation:

V1= 28 cm^3                        V2= ?

T1=14 degree celsius           T2= 273 K

  =(273+14) K

  =287 K

P1= (750-12)mm Hg              P2= 760 mm Hg

   = 738 mm Hg

By Gas equation,

P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2

=> 738*28/287 = 760*V2/273

=> V2= 273*738*28/287*760

=> V2=25.86 cm^3

=> V2=25.9 cm^3  (ans)
