it's volume= volume of cuboid I +vol. of cuboid II

vol of cuboid I =l×b×h

=144 cm^3

vol. of cuboid II=l×b×h

=2×6×7

=84cm^3

therefore total vol. of the solid= 144 cm^3 + 84 cm^3

=230cm^3
