Vrms of neutron = \sqrt{3 * 1.38 * 10^{-23} * 300 / 1.675 * 10^{-27}

Vrms of electron = \sqrt{3*1.38*10^{-23}*300/9.11*10^{-31}  }

= 116826m/s
