Calculate the wavelength of a radio wave of frequency of 30 MHz propagating in space

The wavelength will be 10m

Explanation:

The speed of the wave is given by  

V = fλ  

Where “V” is the speed, “f” is the frequency and "λ"is the wavelength.  

As radio waves travel with the speed of light so the above expression becomes

C = fλ

λ= (3 ×108)/30M

λ= 10m

Which is required in the question.
