Electromagnetic waves travels at the speed of light.

v = f λ where v = velocity , f = frequency , λ = wavelength

v = 3 x 10^{8}

f = 20 x 10^{6}

λ = v /f = 3 x 10^{8} / 20 x 10^{6}

λ = 15m
