we know that according to debroglie λ = h/mv

where h = plancks constant = 6.625 × 10⁻³⁴ J-sec

mass of electron = 9.1 × 10⁻³¹ kg

given velocity = 3 × 10⁸ m per sec

substituting the above values in the equation: λ = h/mv

we get λ = 2.42 × 10⁻¹² m.
