Calculate the weight of a body of mass 10 kg in (a) kgf and (b) newton. Take g = 9.8 ms?

Answer:

Weight = Mass*Acceleration due to gravity

= 10*9.8 N

= 98 N

Newton in kgf = 98/9.8 kgf

= 10 kgf
