We know that,

Work (W) = Force (F) × Displacement (s)

Therefore,

W = 30 x 10 =300J

But, the force exerted by the Gravity, = Mg
Hence, negative work done my displacement = Mgh
= 2(-10)(10)
=-200

Therefore Work done = 300 + (-200)
=100J

✳We know that,

Work (W) = Force (F) × Displacement (s)

Therefore,

W = 30 x 10 =300J

But, the force exerted by the Gravity, = Mg

Hence, negative work done my displacement = Mgh

=-200

✳Therefore Work done = 300 + (-200)

=100J
