Force= mass × acceleration
= 70kg × 10m/s2
= 700N

Work = Distance × Force
= 10m × 700N
= 7000J

potential energy of man = -mgh
= -70 x 10 x 10 =-7000 Joule

work done by man = - potential energy of man

so,
work done = -(-7000) Joule
=7000 Joule
=7 kilojoule
