Work done = potential energy
There fore work done = mgh
20×10×1=200N

Work done = Change in potential energy

= mg (h₂ - h₁)

= 20 kg × 9.8 m/s² × (1 m - 0 m)

= 196 Joule

Work done to lift the load is 196 Joule
