calculate the work done by a person in lifting a load of 20 kg from the ground and placing it 1 m high on a table?

work done=mgh
mass=20kg
height =1m
 g=10
 .
. .work done =mgh
      =20*10*1
      =200N

aarti1khushi: u can take both the values of g.i.e,either 10 or 9.8.it doesn't matter

w.d. = mgh
m=20 kg
g=9.8
h=1 m

w.d. = 20*9.8*1
= 20*9.8
w.d.=196 J
