Explanation:

Here the work is done against gravitational force

As work = force* displacement

here force is gravitational force i.e mg

F = mg = 20*10= 200

displacement = 1 m

Work = 200*1= 200 joules

NOTE

If the g value is taken as 9.8 then work will be 196 Joules
