volume of water pumped = 30000 liter = 30 m^3

mass of water = volume × density = 30 m^3 × 1000 kg/m^3 = 30000 kg

height of water raised = 45m

work done = gain in potential energy of water = mgh

=> work done = 30000 × 10 × 45

=> work done = 13500000J = 1.35 × 10^7 J

Second option is the answer.
