r1 = 0 m

r2 = 0.01 m

surface tension of soap solution = 28 x 10^-3 N/m

work done = S x 8 x π x [(r2)^2 - (r1)^]

                 = 28 x 10^-3 x 8 x 22/7 x [ 0.0001 - 0]

                 = 4 x 8 x 22 x 10^-7

                 = 7.04 x 10^-5 joule

i hope it will help you
