An ampere is rate of flow of charges in coulomb per second.

Force exerted on charge Watt=

voltage difference X current.

V2-V1)* coulomb/ second =

Watt seconds = (V2-V1)* charge (coulomb)

Energy (work done) =(V2– (-) 10)* 4

100/4 = (V2+10)

V2=25–10 = 15 Volts
