Explanation:

CaCO₃→CaO+CO₂↑

100g

CO₂=44g =22.4 litre

100 g of lime stone gives CO₂

= 22.4Litre

10g of lime stone will give CO₂ =

 \frac{22.4 \times 10}{100} = 2.24litre

Hope this will help you

Hii

you are welcome in my and

The reaction takes place is

CaCo3 + O2 ----> Ca2O + Co2

molecular mass of CO2 = 40+12+48=100g

100g of CaCo3 produced = 44g of Co2

at STP

p = 1atm

t = 273 k

so v = 22.4

since 100g of CaCo3 give 22.4 l of Co2 at stp

so 10g of CO2 having = 22.4*10/100=2.24L

Hope it may helps you
