The attractive force which holds various

constituents (atoms, ions, etc.) together in different

chemical species is called a chemical bond.

Calculation of chemical bonding occurs three step:

Step#1

Calculate the no.of valence electrons which are situated outermost shell.

Step#2 draw bond between the valence electron and and add all valence electron and count total no of electron.

Step#3 draw the shape of bond according to their valency either single double or triple bond.
