Solution:

Calculation show that an angle is 12 whole 1 by 2  ( $12\frac{1}{2}$)

Hence angle is 25/2

measurement  shows that its 12

Error   =  12 - (25/2)  =  - 1/2

Error  percentage = 100 *(-1/2)/(25/2)

= - 4 %

There is -4% Error in measurement
