Out of a group of 15 people, 8 can speak Tamil, 7 can speak Hindi and 3 do not speak any language. Then how many speak both languages?

number of people speak either any language = 15-3 =12

n(H)=7
n(T intersection H)=8+7-12
=15-12
=3
