Callie get $18.84 for selling the juice than she paid to buy it

Solution:

Callie bought 2 gallons juice for $2.58 per gallon

\text{ Total amount spent } = 2 \times 2.58=5.16

Each serving is 1/16 gallon

1\ serving = \frac{1}{16}\ gallon\\\\1\ gallon = 16\ serving

Therefore,

2 gallons = 16 x 2 = 32 servings

she sold the juice in 1-cup serving for $0.75 each

1 cup serving = $ 0.75

Thus,

32 cup servings = 32 x 0.75 = 24

She spent $5.16 to buy it, therefore this paid amount should be subtract from her gross revenue

Total net profit = 24.00 - 5.16 = 18.84

Thus, she get $18.84 for selling the juice than she paid to buy it.
