The last number comprises of the total letters in the name of the month if you see January it comprises of 7 letters and so does the the number contains 7 at the last

The second last digit consists of counting numbers starting from 1 then 2 and so on

For the first two numbers count the first letter of the name of the month at which place does it come suppose January starts with j and j comes at 10 th place same with Feb it starts with f with comes at 6 th place

and we will then split it up into 3 parts, it will look like this:

10, 1, 7

Now we will solve this:

J is the 10th alphabet in the alphabetic order.

1 is the first month in the calendar and that is January.

And 7 letters are involved in the term January.

And if you look at other months the same code is used for them.

So for September it will be

19,9, 9

That would be 1999

September = 1999
