C=12, H=1, O=16
C12H22O16=12×12+1×22+16×11
=144+22+176
=342
C12H22O16=342
C12H22O16=12×12+1×22+16×11
=144+22+176
=342
C12H22O16=342

It's simple. You can directly calculate the molar of the compound, either by taking the masses of constituent elements in grams or You can calculate like this
12C ----> 12x12=144u x(1mol/1mol) = 144g/mol
(Since, 1g/mol = 1amu × (1mol/1mol))
Similarly, 11O ---> 176g/mol
22H ----> 22g/mol
Adding them we get GMW of C12H22O11 as 342g/mol
12C ----> 12x12=144u x(1mol/1mol) = 144g/mol
(Since, 1g/mol = 1amu × (1mol/1mol))
Similarly, 11O ---> 176g/mol
22H ----> 22g/mol
Adding them we get GMW of C12H22O11 as 342g/mol
