Formula :

n = c / v

Where ,

n = Refractive Index

c = Speed of light in vaccum

v = Speed of light in medium

So , given n = 4/3 .

We know the value of c.

c = 3 * 10^8 m/s

Let , v = x

=> n = c / v

=> 4/3 = (3*10^8)/x

=> x = 2.25*10^8  m/s

Hence speed of light in water is 2.25*10^8 m/s.
