HI,
According to reports it is false, camel RBC's don't have nucleus. ... Rbc is without nucleus. It's just oval in shape so that cells can flow easily in blood vessels even in dehydration condition when blood becomes thick. A circular shape cell will flow more easily in thick blood instead of a biconcave shape cell.

Very simple, YES they are associated with nucleus in both mature and immature state. While, humans have only immature RBC associated with nucleus, not the mature one.
Moreover, camels unlike other mammals posses biconvex RBC, as humans and other mammals enjoy having biconvex RBC.
